The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of A Task Co-Financed By The Government Fund For Polish Order: Strategic Investment Program Entitled: Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage System And Sewage Treatment Plant In Jeg owa - Stage I - In The Design And Build System. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Design And Construction Of: A) Design And Construction Of A Gravity-Pressure Sewage Network For The Town Of Jeg owa - Skalnik w And Sp dzielcza Streets, B) Design And Construction Of A Mechanical-Biological Sewage Treatment Plant With Two-Stage Mechanical-Biological Treatment And Sludge Processing Located In Jeg owa. The Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others: Development Of Design Documentation (Construction And Executive Designs) For The Construction Of A Gravity-Pressure Sewage Network And A Mechanical-Biological Sewage Treatment Plant With Two-Stage Mechanical-Biological Treatment And Sludge Processing In The Town Of Jeg owa, Obtaining The Necessary Opinions, Arrangements, Approvals And Administrative Decisions Related To The Implementation And Handover For Use Of The Subject Of The Order, Marking Out, Construction Works, Performance Of Required Tests And Acceptances, Including Final Tests, Organization And Cleaning Of The Construction Site, Removal Of Defects And Activities Necessary For The Ordering Party To Take Over The Works, Along With Providing The Required Acceptance Documents. The Contractor Is Also Responsible For Agreeing The Documentation With The Ordering Party, Agreeing With The Services/Appraisers Required By The Construction Law And Related Regulations, Obtaining On Behalf Of The Ordering Party The Required Studies, Decisions, Permits, Including A Building Permit Or Construction Notification, As Well As Obtaining An Occupancy Permit On Behalf Of The Ordering Party. Along With The Related Costs. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Included In The Functional And Utility Programs (Hereinafter Referred To As Ffu) For The Tasks In Question.
