Name Of The Task: Reconstruction Of The Complex Of Special Schools And Educational Institutions In Wo w, Co-Financed By The Government Fund Polish Order: Government Program For The Reconstruction Of Monuments, Including Construction Works Related To Adapting The Facility To The Currently Applicable Fire Regulations In Buildings. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Execution Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Bill Of Quantities, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Detailed Design And The Requirements Of The Ordering Party, I.E.: A) Construction Works: 1. Fire Separation Of The Staircase Into A Separate Fire Zone: 2. Renovation Of The Roof Covering.3. Reconstruction Of The South-Eastern Fa ade.4. Renovation Of The Southwestern (Front) Facade.5. Reconstruction Of The Northern Facade (Backroom).6. Reconstruction Of The Technical Room Located On The Ground Floor Of The Building Intended For A Boiler Room In Order To Adapt It To Applicable Fire Protection Regulations.7. Complementing Plaster Coatings In External And Internal Walls After The Intervention.8. Repainting The Staircase And Communication Walls After The Intervention. B) Electrical Installation: 1. Ssp And Smoke Exhaust System.2. Lighting And Power Installation.3. Lightning Protection. C) Hydrant Installation: 1. Change In The Location Of Existing Internal Hydrants Related To The Need To Move Outside The Outline Of The Staircase Designated For Fire Purposes, Along With A Change In The Location Of The Water Riser Of The Fire Protection Installation. On The Ground, First And Second Floors.2. Replacement Of The Existing Hp52 Hydrants With Hp25 Hydrants With A Semi-Rigid Folding Hose.3. Installation Of A New Additional Hp25 Internal Hydrant On The Basement Floor In The Kom Communication 1. Attention! To Accept The Works, An Inspection Report Is Required (As-Built Documentation Containing Certificates For Materials And Devices, Protocols For Tightness Tests And Checking The Efficiency Of The Smoke Exhaust And Hydrant Installation).
