Tenders Are Invited For Preparation Of Design Documentation Together With Authors Supervision For The Task Titled: Renovation Of The Street Turystyczna And Ul. Lazurowa In Gda sk In Connection With The Organization Of The World Scout Jamboree
1. The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) Development Of Design Documentation For The Task Entitled: Renovation Of Ul. Turystyczna And Ul. Lazurowa In Gda sk In Connection With The Organization Of The World Scout Jamboree In 2027. As Part Of The Task Entitled Documentation For Future Projects And Obtaining All Necessary Administrative Decisions (Including Environmental Decisions, Pwkz Decisions, Etc. - If Required) Or Making The Necessary Notifications Allowing Construction Works To Be Carried Out;2) Performing Authors Supervision - During The Implementation Of Construction Works Based On The Documentation Design Which Is The Subject Of The Order, But No Longer Than Within A Period Of 4 Years From The Date Of Receipt Of The Last Element Of The Subject Of The Order.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes All Works And Activities Necessary To Perform The Task, Including The Implementation Of The Following Activities: 1) Inventory Of The Area, Greenery And Nature; 2) Development Of Design Documentation Together With Authors Supervision; 3) Development Of A Map For Design Purposes Together With Registration In Appropriate Geodetic And Cartographic Documentation Center, Obtaining Extracts And Extracts From The Land Register; 4) Obtaining Technical Conditions Of Network Operators And Additional Materials Necessary For Design, Which Are Not Attached To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order; 5) Obtaining The Necessary Opinions, Arrangements And Administrative Decisions (Or Appropriate Notifications) For Approval Of The Construction Design, Including, Among Others: The Gda sk Road And Green Areas Authority, Administrators Of The Network And Technical Devices, Permits - Water Law Or Conservation Decisions, Environmental Decisions, Etc. (If Necessary); 6) Obtaining A Decision On A Building Permit Along With Its Confirmation Last Resort Or Reporting Construction Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit Along With A Certificate Of No Objection; 7) Obtaining Other Administrative Decisions Necessary To Implement The Investment Intention.
