The Subject Of The Order Is Modernization Of The Detailed Horizontal Geodetic Control Network For The Area Of The Pszczyna Cadastral Unit - Rural Areas. An Inventory Of Approximately 13 Points Of The Basic Horizontal Geodetic Control Network, 1,088 Centers Of The Detailed Horizontal Geodetic Control Network And 178 Eccenters Of The Detailed Horizontal Geodetic Control Network Is Assumed. It Is Assumed That The Designed Network Will Include All Existing Points Of The Basic Horizontal Geodetic Network (Connection Points) And No More Than 300 Points Of The Detailed Horizontal Geodetic Network (Both Existing And Newly Designed). It Is Not Necessary To Cover Dense Forest And Agricultural Areas With A Detailed Horizontal Geodetic Network. In The Case Of Open Agricultural Areas, It Is Assumed That Separate Groups Of Points Will Be Established, For Which Observations Should Be Made Using Static Gnss Satellite Measurements. For The Remaining Existing Points That Were Not Covered By The Measurement, A Coordinate Transformation Should Be Performed Based On The New Network Results For The Adopted Points. The Management Of All Work Should Be Entrusted To A Person With The Professional Qualifications Referred To In Art. 43 Point 3 Of The Geodetic And Cartographic Law Act. The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into Six Stages: Stage I - Inventory Of Existing Networks Stage Ii - Preparation Of A Technical Design Stage Iii - Stabilization - Implementation Date Stage Iv - Measurement - Implementation Date Stage V - Calculations - Implementation Date Stage Vi Submission Of A Technical Report. The Materials Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Order Will Be Made Available After Signing The Contract And Submitting The Surveying Work Notification. The Contractor Is Obliged To Confirm Receipt Of Materials, But In The Case Of Numerical Data, It Will Be Possible To Make Them Available And Later Exchange Using The File Transfer Protocol.
