1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Food Products For The Polish Polar Station Hornsund On Spitsbergen.2. The Delivery Will Be Carried Out In Two Stages: 1) Stage 1: Delivery (Loading Onto The Ships Side) Will Be Carried Out No Earlier Than May 30, 2024 And No Later Than June 3, 2024; 2) Stage 2: Delivery ( Loading Onto The Ships Side) Will Be Completed No Earlier Than August 15, 2024 And No Later Than August 19, 2024. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 3. The Ordering Party Will Conclude An Agreement For The Amount Allocated For Its Implementation. Based On The Provisions Of Art. 222 Section 4 Of The Act, The Ordering Party, No Later Than Before The Opening Of Offers, Will Make Available On The Website Of The Proceedings The Information About The Amount It Intends To Allocate To Finance The Order. However, If The Offer With The Lowest Price Exceeds The Amount That The Ordering Party Originally Intended To Allocate To Finance The Order, And The Ordering Party Will Have The Opportunity To Increase This Amount To The Price Of The Most Advantageous Offer, Then The Procedure Will Not Be Invalidated Under Art. 255 Points 3 Of The Act And The Contract Will Be Concluded For This Amount After The Increase, I.E. Exactly For The Amount Of The Most Advantageous Offer.
