1) The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Development Of Design Documentation For The Addition Of Lighting At Ul. yzna (Reachers) As Part Of The Implementation Of The Task Entitled Construction And Reconstruction Of Lighting In District Viii.2) The Ordering Party Described The Subject Of The Order Using: - Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu), Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, - Material Scope Together With Appendices, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz,3) The Minimum Warranty Period Is 24 Months, The Maximum Warranty Period Is 36 Months. Offers Containing A Warranty Period Shorter Than 24 Months Will Be Rejected.4) Order Completion Date: 6 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. 5) The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Relationship, Persons Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order. 6) Before Submitting An Offer, The Contractor Is Obliged To Conduct An On-Site Visit. Failure Of The Contractor To Conduct An On-Site Inspection Will Result In Rejection Of His Offer In Accordance With Art. 226 Section 1 Point 18 Of The Pzp.7) The Selected Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Act Of January 11, 2018 On Electromobility And Alternative Fuels (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 2269, As Amended).
