The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) For Roads Intended For Construction, Marked In Post-Consolidation Development No. 2, 3, 4A, 4B, 4C, 5, 6A, 6B , 7, 9B: Construction Design (Including: Land Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design) With All Annexes, Complete Geotechnical Documentation, Decisions, Opinions And Arrangements Conditioning The Receipt Of A Building Permit In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Technical Design , Executive Design, Detailed Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Sstwior), Permanent Traffic Organization Design, Bill Of Quantities, Investors Cost Estimate, Detailed Designs For Removing Conflicts, Preparation Of All Necessary Studies, Supplementing Applications, Providing Explanations Of The Content Of Swz At The Stage Of Conducting The Procurement Procedure Public Works For Construction Works, If These Questions Concern Design Documentation, Analysis Of Explanations Regarding An Abnormally Low Price In Public Procurement Procedures For Construction Works. If An Inspection Of The Task Is Initiated By The Voivode Of Lublin, The Contractor Declares That The Inspector On Behalf Of The Voivode Will Have The Right To Inspect The Contractor And The Contractor Undertakes To Submit To The Initiated Inspection. 5. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor To Submit With The Offer Of The Evidence In Question.
