Task 1 - Custom-Made Furniture1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Assembly And Transport Of Equipment For The Municipal Nursery No. 4 In Zielona G ra, As Well As Bringing The Equipment That Is The Subject Of The Order To The Building Of The Municipal Nursery No. 4 In Zielona G ra At Ul. Wi niowa 8.1.1. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Price Forms Which Constitute An Integral Part Of The Specification Of The Terms Of The Order (Appendices No. 1A To The Swz).1.2. Wherever The Colors Have Not Been Indicated - The Final Colors Of The Equipment To Be Agreed With The Ordering Party After Signing The Contract With The Selected Contractor.2. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Partial Offers For One Or Two: 1) Custom-Made Furniture3. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers. If Proper Names Or Trademarks Appear In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, They Should Be Treated Only As An Example That Exactly Corresponds To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. At The Same Time, The Ordering Party Points Out That The Use Of Proper Names Or Trademarks To Describe The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order: > Is Only Intended To Make It Easier For Contractors To Read The Description Of The Subject Of The Order In Terms Of The Functionality Of The Expected Solutions; > Is Not Intended To Restrict Competition By Imposing Or Suggesting Specific Solutions. The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described - Provided That The Offered Solution Has Quality Parameters That Are At Least The Same Or Better Than The Solution Described By The Ordering Party Using Proper Names Or Trademarks. If Equivalent Equipment Is Offered, Demonstrating Its Equivalence Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor, Who Is Obliged To Prove That The Offered Equipment Meets The Requirements Described In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order To An Equivalent Extent. Thus, When Offering Equivalent Solutions In Relation To A Given Item Described In The Price Form, The Contractor, When Submitting An Offer, Is Obliged To: > Mark The Characteristic Features Of The Given Equipment (E.G. By Underlining It In A Different Color Or By Using A Bold Font) Confirming The Compliance Of The Offered Equivalent Equipment With The Equipment Described By The Ordering Party .4. The Ordering Party Allows +/- 5% Difference In Dimensions Of The Offered Equipment, Wherever Dimensions Are Given/Specified In Annex No. 1A (Price Form).5. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers.6. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For The Possibility Of Awarding Single-Source Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 And 8 Of The Act. 7. The Ordering Party Will Not Select The Most Advantageous Offer Using An Electronic Auction.8. The Ordering Party Does Not Require Submitting An Offer In The Form Of Electronic Catalogs Or Attaching Electronic Catalogues.9. The Ordering Party Does Not Specify The Conditions For Participation In The Procedure Referred To In Art. 96 Section 2 Point 2 Of The Pzp.10 Act. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Quality Guarantee For The Equipment For A Period Of Not Less Than 24 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report Without Any Reservations. The Warranty Must Apply To Equipment Used In Nurseries.11. The Supplied Equipment Must Meet The Requirements Of Relevant Polish Standards, Have Appropriate Certificates, And Must Be Approved For Use In Nurseries.12. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For The Obligation For The Contractor To Carry Out An On-Site Visit And To Check The Documents Necessary To Complete The Order, Available At The Ordering Partys Premises. 13. An Order Is One Of The Parts Of The Entire Order, Each Of Which Is The Subject Of A Separate Procedure. 14. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Partial Offers.15. The Ordering Party Does Not Limit The Number Of Parts Of The Contract That May Be Awarded To One Contractor.
