1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design Documentation For Bathrooms As Part Of The Task Reconstruction Of Sanitary Rooms In The Construction School Complex In Mielec, Hereinafter Referred To As Design Documentation.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Design Of Works In One Of The Sanitary Rooms Of The Construction School Complex In Mielec, Consisting Of One Womens Toilet, One Mens Toilet And One Staff Toilet. In The Indicated Rooms, The Following Should Be Designed: 2.1. Renovation Of Sanitary Rooms Without Interfering With The Load-Bearing Walls In The School Building (Replacing Wall And Floor Tiles, Demolishing Partition Walls, Designing Hpl Cabins, Designing A New Layout Of Toilet Cabins And Washbasins).2.2. Sanitary Installations In Sanitary Rooms.2.3. Electrical Installations In Sanitary Rooms.3. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 3.1. Obtaining Permits, Arrangements Or Opinions Of Other Authorities Required By Separate Regulations, As Well As Documents Necessary For The Ordering Party To Obtain A Building Permit Or Documentation For Reporting Construction Works.3.2. Providing Documents And Materials Necessary To Prepare An Application For A Building Permit Or Notification For The Above-Mentioned Scope, Including Supplementing Materials And Providing Appropriate Explanations At The Request Of The Competent Authority After Submitting An Application For A Building Permit Or Notification Of Works During The Proceedings, And Making Any Changes And Additions To The Detailed Design And The Bill Of Quantities And Cost Estimate Resulting From Changes To The Construction Design Made During The Proceedings For Issuing A Building Permit Or Reporting Construction Works.3.3. Making All Industry Arrangements Necessary To Complete The Order.3.4. Preparation Of Multi-Discipline Design Documentation Including: A) Construction Design, Or B) Technical Documentation For Reporting The Performance Of Construction Works Under The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 682, As Amended), C) Detailed Design, D) Bills Of Quantities, E) Investors Cost Estimate, F) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works. 3.5. Transfer Of Economic Copyrights To The Design Documentation With The Right To Use In The Fields Of Exploitation Specified In The Agreement.3.6. Granting A Warranty For Defects And A Quality Guarantee For The Completed Design Documentation.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Contract Template, Which Constitutes Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 5. In These Proceedings, In The Opinion Of The Ordering Party, There Are No Activities In The Scope Of Contract Execution That Involve Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Items 1510, 1700 And 2140 And Of 2023, Items 240 And 641), Therefore The Ordering Party Does Not Determine On The Basis Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Act, Requirements Regarding The Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Of Persons Performing The Order Under An Employment Contract.
