A) The Subject Of This Order Is A Service Consisting In The Development Of Design Documentation Along With Obtaining The Necessary Administrative Decisions For The Task Titled: Construction Of A Platform Along Ul. On B onie Connecting Districts. B) The Ordering Party Described The Subject Of The Order Using: Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu) Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz And The Material Scope With Annexes Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz. C) If The Manufacturers Name, Trademarks, Standards, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Reference Systems Appear In Any Annex To The Swz, The Products May Be Replaced By Equivalent Ones. The Ordering Party Will Consider Equivalent Solutions To Be Solutions That Enable Achieving The Effect Intended By. The Ordering Party Using Other Technical Solutions. An Identical (Identical) Solution Cannot Be Considered An Equivalent Solution, But Only One That Shows Exactly The Same Or Very Similar Utility Value In The Compared Features. By Indicating The Manufacturers Name, Trademarks, Standards, Approvals Or Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Aimed To Determine The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Goods Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party And Constitute Only The Quality Standard Of The Subject Of The Order. By The Provision Regarding The Minimum Requirements For Quality Parameters, The Ordering Party Understands The Requirements Of The Goods Contained In Publicly Available Sources, Catalogues, Manufacturers Websites, Etc. The Use Of Exemplary Manufacturers Names Is Only Intended To Clarify The Level Of The Ordering Partys Expectations In Relation To A Specific Solution. D) Required Quality Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Agreement: The Minimum Warranty Period Is 24 Months And The Maximum Warranty Period Is 36 Months. Offers Containing A Warranty Period Of Less Than 24 Months Will Be Rejected. E) The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ Persons Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship. F) The Selected Contractor Is Obliged To Implement The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Act Of January 11, 2018 On Electromobility And Alternative Fuels (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 2269, As Amended).
