The Offered Waste Management Method Must Be Consistent With The Applicable Legal Provisions And Recovery Processes Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Act Of 14 December 2012 On Waste (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended).1.1. The Estimated Amount Of Waste That Will Be Transferred To The Contractor During The Term Of The Contract Will Be No More Than 600 Mg. (Subject To The Possibility Of Transferring A Smaller Quantity During The Term Of The Contract, But Not Less Than 400 Mg). 1.2. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Transfer A Smaller Amount Of Waste During The Term Of The Contract, And The Contractor Will Not Make Any Claims In This Regard.1.3. Bulky Waste Intended For Further Management Comes From Selective Waste Collection (Displays). The Waste Is Already Shredded And Prepared For Collection.1.4. Bulky Waste Will Be Collected From Monday To Friday In The Amount Specified In The Unit Order Sent By E-Mail (Or Fax) Or By Phone To The Contractors Representative. Waste Collection Will Take Place From The Municipal Installation In Wola Paw owska. The Waste Collected By The Contractor Will Be Weighed Using The Employers Verified Scales. 1.5 The Waste Should Be Collected By The Contractor Using Technically Efficient Cars, Adapted To The Collection And Transport Of Waste, Appropriately Marked And Enabling The Protection Of Waste During Transport. 1.6. Each Collection Of Waste And Its Acceptance Into The Installation For Management Will Be Confirmed With A Municipal Waste Transfer Card, In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations, I.E. In The Electronic Waste Registration System Via The Database On Products, Packaging And Waste Management (Bdo), In Accordance With The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended). 1.7 The Documents Referred To In Point 1.5 Above Will Constitute The Basis For Settlements Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor. 1.8 After Each Month Of Performance Of The Service, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Declaration On The Method Of Waste Management With An Indication Of The Installation (Name And Address) In Which The Waste In Question Was Subjected To The Recovery Process. R. 1.9. The Waste Is Taken Over After The Ordering Party Has Finished Loading The Waste Onto The Means Of Transport Provided For Waste Collection By The Contractor. 1.10 Waste Transferred For Disposal Will Be Transported By The Contractor At Its Expense. 1.11 The Detailed Scope Of The Contractors Rights And Obligations Is Regulated In The Contract Template (Appendix No. 8 To The Swz).
