The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Real Estate Residing In The Radzan w Commune And From Pszok In The Period From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract To March 31, 2025 In The Following Scope: A) Collection, Transport And Management Of Waste From All Residential Real Estate Located In The Area Radzan w Commune And Pszok; B) Equipping The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Pszok) With Scales And Waste Containers And Managing The Waste Collected There. Managing The Collected Waste, I.E. Transferring Separately Collected Municipal Waste Collected From Property Owners To Waste Recovery And Disposal Installations, In Accordance With The Hierarchy Of Procedures Waste Referred To In Art. 17 Of The Act Of December 14, 2012. On Waste (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended); Transferring Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste To The Municipal Installation In Accordance With Art. 29A Of The Waste Act. Collection And Management Of Collected Bulky Waste And Waste Electrical And Electronic Equipment Once A Year (Once During The Term Of The Contract) In Accordance With The Schedule Prepared By The Contractor, Agreed And Accepted By The Ordering Party.
