Computer-Related Equipment It Supplies And Associated Services Supply Of Hardware, Software And It Components For Workstation/Office Environment, Server Infrastructure, Software And Associated Peripherals, Software Maintenance, Hardware Warranty Extension, Services For Office Environments And Servers (Integration, Audit, Software Advice). This Is A Single-Awarder Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders With A Minimum And Maximum Threshold In Application Of Articles L2125-1 1 , R. 2162-1 To R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 And R. 2162- 14 Of The Public Procurement Code. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For An Initial Period Of 3 Years From 01/01/2025 Or Its Notification Date If Later. It Is Renewable 3 Times Per Period Of One Year. Initial Period: Minimum Of 150,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax And Maximum Of 9,000,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax. Renewal Periods: Minimum Of 50,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax And Maximum Of 3,000,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax. The Amounts Will Be Identical For Each Renewal Period. The Estimated Quantities Appearing In The Dqe Correspond To A Fictitious Annual Order According To An Average Standard Distribution Observed In Recent Years. These Are Given As An Indication To Allow Candidates To Size Their Offer And Allow Tiss o To Compare The Offers Received. These Quantities Cannot Be Used Against Tiss o As An Annual Order Commitment. The Framework Agreement Will Be Executed By Issuing Purchase Orders. Services Are Regulated By Unit Prices
