Executive And Legislative Services – Eu For Modern Administration. The Project Is A Complementary Support To The Ministry Of Information Society And Administration To Steer The Public Administration Reform Process, In Particular Management And Implementation Of The Sector Budget Support. Comprehensive And Inclusive Mechanism For Engagement And Participation Of Civil Society Organisations, Chambers And Business Community, As Well As Different Donors In The Implementation And Monitoring Of The Core Par Activities And Defining Sector Priorities. The Technical Assistance Subject Of This Project Can Be Categorized In Two Main Components. The First Component Aims To Support The Eu Delegation And Ministry Of Information Society And Administration In Design, Management, Monitoring, Evaluating And Reporting On The Sector Reforms And Priorities Defined Under Sector Budget Support. The Second Component Foresees Activities For Conducting Feasibility Study And Preparation Of The Technical Documentation For Establishment Of The National Data Centre, As Defined In The Action Plan Of The National Ict Strategy, Which Is Currently In Advanced Phase Of Preparation.
