The Swedish Armed Forces Intend To Replace The Current Framework Agreement With This Procurement. The Purpose Of The Procurement: I. Procurement Of Propellant Products For The Armed Forces Own Propellant Facilities That Meet Current Standards And Have Good Cooling And Storage Properties. Ii.Procurement Mainly Takes Place Through Bulk Deliveries Where Quality Assurance Of Product And Delivery Is Central To The Armed Forces. Procurement Also Takes Place By The Swedish Armed Forces Picking Up Fuel At The Suppliers Depot(S). Iii. There Is An Opportunity To Receive Daily Customer Service And Support (Orders, Invoices, Product Knowledge) And More In-Depth Expertise (Quality Problems, Breakdowns, Failure Outcomes, Stock Levels). Iv. Supplier(S) Must Be Able To Provide Support During Exercises, Peacetime Crises And Contingency Planning.
