Repair And Maintenance Services Of Rolling Stock - Repair Of The P5 Maintenance Level Of The Px29 Steam Locomotive No. 1704 Along With The Tender, Inventory No. Muz Ii 43. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In Repairing The P5 Maintenance Level For The Px29 Series Steam Locomotive No. 1704, Inventory No. Muz Ii 43. 2. The Detailed Scope Of Services That Are The Subject Of This Order Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Constitutes Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 3. Bearing In Mind That In Accordance With 6 Section 1 Of The Contract Template, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, The Employer Has Provided For A Lump-Sum Remuneration For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, It Is Recommended That The Contractor Inspect The Site, Familiarize Himself With The Content Of This Chapter, In Particular With Annex No. 1 To The Swz, And Also Obtain On His Own Responsibility And Risk, Any Additional Information That May Be Necessary To Prepare The Offer And Conclude The Contract And Perform The Order. 4. Pursuant To The Provisions Of 2 Section 8 Of The Contract Template, The Contractor Is Obliged To Conclude, At His Own Expense, An Insurance Contract Or Subsequent Contracts Establishing Insurance Protection From The Date Of Signing The Contract, In The Scope Of Civil Liability Of The Contractor And All Subcontractors And Further Subcontractors For Damages They May Cause To The Ordering Party And Third Parties In Connection With With The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Agreement, For A Guarantee Sum Not Lower Than Pln 500,000.00. 5. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Ordering Party With A Copy Of The Insurance Document Certified As A True Copy Of The Original By The Contractor, Confirming The Conclusion Of The Insurance Contract Referred To In Section 4, Before Concluding The Contract. 6. The Ordering Party, Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Act, Requires That All Physical Work Directly Related To The Performance Of Services Covered By The Order, Including Those Indicated In Section 6 Below, Were Performed By Persons Employed By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Or Further Subcontractor Under An Employment Contract, In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1510, As Amended), Taking Into Account The Minimum Remuneration For Work Established On The Basis Of The Act Of October 10, 2002. On The Minimum Remuneration For Work (Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 2207) Throughout The Entire Order Execution Period. This Obligation Does Not Apply To Suppliers Of Materials And Equipment. 7. The Type Of Activities Necessary To Complete The Order And Which Are Subject To The Requirements Of Employment Under An Employment Contract By The Contractor And Subcontractors Of Persons Performing Activities During The Execution Of The Order Are: 1) Welding Activities; 2) Activities Related To The Assembly And Disassembly Of Elements And Subassemblies; 3) Activities Related To Electrical Installation; 4) Carpentry Activities, Washing, Cleaning; 5) Painting And Varnishing Activities.
