Tenders are invited for Construction of 6-Unit Classroom Block & Construction of 12-Seater W/C Toilet Facility Closing Date: 16th April, 2024 Price of Tender Document: Gh 500.00 No. of Lots: 1 Tender Description: Construction of 6-Unit Classroom Block & Construction of 12-seater W/C Toilet Facility Additional Information: Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended and in accordance with the Guidelines issued by the Public Procurement Authority (PPA) of the Republic of Ghana. Tenderers are required to submit the following statutory documents: 1. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate 2. Valid Ministry of water resources, works and Housing Certificate (D3/K3 or better) 3. Valid Registrar General Business Registration with Renewal 4. Valid PPA Registration Certificate 5. Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate 6. Valid Labour Certificate A complete set of the Tender Documents for each Lot can be purchased from the Procurement Unit of the North East Regional Coordinating Council, Nalerigu for a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana cedis (GHS 500.00) from 8:00am to 5:00pm on working days. Tenderers may inspect Tender Documents and obtain further information from the Procurement Unit or contact 0240633277. Sealed Tenders should be deposited in the Tender Box at Procurement Unit of the North East Regional Coordinating Council or submitted to the address below on or before Tuesday, 16th April, 2024. Tenders shall be opened in the presence of contractors or their representatives who choose to attend on Tuesday, 16th April, 2024 at 11: 00am at the Conference Hall of the North East Regional Coordinating Council, Nalerigu.
