The Project Does Not, However, Include Major Rehabilitation Work And Rebuilding So Extensive That It Is Categorized As A Major Redevelopment. The Size On The Project Is Approx. 4000 M2 (Bta Incl. Basement). It Must Also Be Carried Out Outdoor Work To A Limited Extent In Connection With Partially New Drainage To The Building And At The New Temporary Main Entrance. The Project Must Be Carried Out As A Turnkey Contract According To Ns8407 With All Relevant Subject Areas Within Planning And Execution. The Contract Is Regulated By The Contract Conditions In The Tender Documents With Attachments And References.
