The Proposal Includes The Supply Of Dental Supplies For The Crsco Dentistry Unit, In Accordance With What Is Indicated In The Technical Bases, For A Period Of Twenty-Four 24 Months. To Comply With The Above, Participants Are Required To Ensure And Certify That The Products Offered Are Prepared, Packaged And Handled In Accordance With The Existing Technical Standards For Each Of Them, With Quality Standards And In Sufficient Quantity To Supply The Crsco Requirements, And Thus Comply With The Healthcare Purpose Of The Establishment. The Contract That Will Give Rise To This Tender Will Be A Supply Contract, Understood As One By Which The Supplier Undertakes To Perform Continuous Or Periodic Supply Services To Crsco In The Agreed Time, Quantity, Quality And Place, According To The Requirements Of The Crsco, In Accordance With The Administrative And Technical Bases And Their Annexes. It Should Be Established That The Supply Requirements Will Be Of Variable Flow, With Crsco Not Committing To Require And Acquire A Certain Quantity Of The Same Periodically During The Term Of The Contract. The Characteristics Or Technical Specifications Will Be Evaluated Based On The Offer That Meets The Requirements Indicated In The Bases And The Suitability And Technical Quality Of The Offeror, In Order To Ensure That The Successful Bidder Complies With The Requirements That The Crsco Has Specified For The Execution Of The Tendered Contract. It Will Be Understood That Every Supplier Knows And Irrevocably Accepts The Content Of These Terms, Simply By Submitting Offers In This Purchasing Process.
