h0740 Efu-10614 Haugland School - Housing Association - Turnkey Contract . : __________The Project Includes The Establishment Of Two Housing Communities (Tun 1 And 2) For Mentally Disabled People With Challenging Behaviour. The Property, Formerly Haugland School, Has Been Chosen In Terms Of Walking Opportunities And Also Screening Where Necessary. Each Housing Association Must Contain 6 Housing Units And A Service Base. Tun 1 Consists Of A New Building In Combination With Remodeling Of The Oldest School Building From 1952. Tun 2 Is Established As A New Building. The Existing Gymnasium Is Currently Used By The Local Community For Recreation. It Has Therefore Been Decided That It Will Be Preserved, Rehabilitated And Offered As A Village Hall, And A Public Playground Will Also Be Established. These Works Are To Be Carried Out Under The Same Contract As The Housing Association, And Haugland Housing Association Is The Common Name For The Entire Project. The Housing Association And Grendahuset Are To Be Operated By Two Separate Agencies In The Municipality, Respectively The Agency For Housing Management (Ebf) And The Agency For Building And Property (Ebe). The Building Types Have Different User Groups And Must Be Built According To Different Requirement Specifications, Two Separate Functional s Have Therefore Been Drawn Up.
