All Work Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of July 19, 2019 On Ensuring Accessibility For Persons With Special Needs (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 2240) And Order No. Orn.0050.97.2022 Of The Mayor Of Olecko Of June 15 2022 Regarding The Introduction Of Accessibility Standards In The Olecko Commune. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Develop And Submit For Evaluation Design Documentation And Other Documents Before Submitting Them For Administrative Proceedings And Implementation, In Order To Determine Their Compliance With The Assumptions Contained In The Fup And The Contract.
