The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare As-Built Documentation In 2 Copies In A Paper Version And 1 Copy In An Electronic Version On A Cd And Submit It To The Ordering Party, Including One Copy In A Paper Version For The Komorniki Commune Office, And The Other To The Extent Necessary To Submit It To The District Supervision Inspectorate. Construction For The Pozna District.4. A Detailed Description Of The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 9 To Swz.5. The Contractor Is Obliged, Throughout The Period For Which The Agreement Is Concluded, To Have Civil Liability Insurance For The Activities Related To The Subject Of The Order For A Guarantee Sum Of Not Less Than Pln 3,000,000.00 (In Words: Three Million Zlotys 00/100), Valid Not Later Than Later Than From The Date Of Signing The Contract To The Time Of Final Acceptance. The Ordering Party Will Accept The Liability Insurance Document Held By The Contractor In The Scope Of Activities Related To The Subject Of The Order For The Insured Sum Required By The Ordering Party, Which Will Be Concluded For An Annual Period And Will Be Renewable With Continuity Of Insurance Coverage Until Final Acceptance. In Such A Situation, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Valid Third Party Liability Insurance Document For The Activities Related To The Subject Of The Order No Later Than Within 7 Days From The Date Of Issuance Of This Document.6. Information Regarding The Use Of Equivalent Products, Materials And Technologies. In The Case Of Material Names Used In The Procedure Documentation, They Should Be Understood As Examples - With The Parameters Desired By The Ordering Party. This Means That The Ordering Party Allows In Each Case The Use Of A Material Equivalent In Terms Of The Main (Essential) Technical And Operational Parameters, While Maintaining At Least The Same Level Of Quality, Durability, Functionality And Compatibility With Other Materials Used (Built-In) During The Execution Of The Order. Only Such Changes In Materials Are Allowed That Are Within The Scope Of The Included Construction, Technological And Technical Solutions. In Such A Situation, The Ordering Party Requires The Submission Of Appropriate Documents Confirming The Parameters Of The Materials And Equipment. If The Contractor Intends To Use Any Solutions Or Equivalent Materials, He Is Obliged To Describe Them In Detail In The Offer And Demonstrate Their Equivalence. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Their Description Or Standards. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law If The Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract Contain A Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, And Such References Were Not Accompanied By The Phrase Or Equivalent, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In Each Such Standard, Technical Assessment, Approval, Technical Specification And In Each Technical Reference System. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Documents Is Obliged To Prove By Attaching To The Offer The Appropriate Means Of Evidence Referred To In Art. 104-107 Of The Public Procurement Law, That The Proposed Solutions Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order To An Equivalent Extent. Type Of Activities Necessary For The Execution Of The Order, Which Are Subject To The Requirements Of Employment Under An Employment Relationship By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Of Persons Performing Activities During The Execution Of The Order: Earthworks, Works Related To Laying Bituminous Surfaces , Construction Of Storm Sewage Systems, Electrical And Telecommunications Works, As Well As Equipment Operators. The Method Of Verifying The Employment Of The Above-Mentioned People. Persons, The Employers Rights To Control The Contractors Compliance With The Requirements Related To The Employment Of Persons And The Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements Are Specified In 6 Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Appendix No. 9 To The Swz).8.
