1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Developing A Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter: Pfu): Package No. 1 - Reconstruction Of The Palliative Medicine Department At The Hospital In Maków Podhalański. The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Contract Be Complete, Enabling The Ordering Party To Conduct The Procedure For Selecting The Contractor In The Formula Design And Build. The Subject Of The Order Must Include All Data And Requirements Necessary To Design And Then Perform Construction Works. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Developed In Accordance With: A) The Requirements Contained In Art. 103 Section 3 Of The Act Of September 11, 2019 Public Procurement Law, B) Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 20, 2021. On Determining The Methods And Basis For Preparing An Investors Cost Estimate, Calculating The Planned Costs Of Design Works And The Planned Costs Of Construction Works Specified In The Functional And Utility Program, C) Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 20, 2021 Regarding The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Functional And Utility Program D) Other Applicable Regulations, E) Principles Of Technical Knowledge. The Documentation Must Meet The Requirements Specified In The Public Procurement Act, In Particular It Cannot Contain Solutions That May In Any Way Result In The Ordering Party Violating The Provisions Of The Public Procurement Law, And May Not Hinder Fair Competition. In Addition, They Cannot Contain Indications Of Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Unless This Would Be Justified By The Specification Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract And It Would Not Be Possible To Describe The Subject Matter Of The Contract Using Sufficiently Precise Terms, And Such An Indication Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. The Documentation Must Be Prepared In Accordance With Arrangements And Guidelines Of The Ordering Party, And Its Acceptance Will Take Place On The Basis Of The Protocol. Working Meetings In The Places Covered By The Reconstruction And Agreed And Approved By The Expert For Fire Safety And Sanitary Requirements. The Studies Covered By This Order Will Be Provided To The Ordering Party By The Contractor In Paper Form In The Number Of 3 Copies And In Electronic Form On A Cd In Pdf And Editable Formats (Respectively .Dwg – Graphic Part, .Doc – Descriptive Part, Xls – List Of Task Costs, List Of Necessary Retrofitting And Equipment Replacement).
