1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In The Removal Of Illegal Landfills From Areas Administered By The Ordering Party, Together With Waste Management In Accordance With Waste Management - Bdo. 1) The Subject Of The Order Includes The Provision Of Services In The Field Of: A) Cleaning Of Places Indicated By The Ordering Party By Collecting The Waste And Loading It Into Its Own Containers, Divided By Codes In Accordance With Annexes 5 And 5A To The Swz. If Unclassified Waste Is Found During The Implementation, As Part Of This Service, The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Secure This Waste, I.E. Other Than Those Listed In Annexes 2 And 2A To The Contract. B) Removal Of Non-Hazardous Waste By Transport And Transfer Of The Collected And Sorted Waste To An Entity/Entities With Appropriate Permits For The Collection, Collection Or Processing Of Waste In Accordance With The Waste Act, Together With Payment Of Fees For Its Transfer. C) Removal Of Hazardous Waste By Transport And Transfer Of The Collected And Sorted Waste To An Entity/Entities With Appropriate Permits For The Collection, Collection Or Processing Of Waste In Accordance With The Waste Act, Together With Payment Of Fees For Its Transfer. 2 The Location Of The Municipal Areas Administered By The Ordering Party Where Illegal Landfills Were Created Is Presented In Annex No. 6 To The Swz.
