The Order Is Intended To Ensure The Fulfillment Of Tax Declaration Obligations And Ongoing Advice On Tax Matters. These Are Services That Do Not Necessarily Have To Be Carried Out By Auditing Companies (Wp Companies) And Are Therefore Not Subject To The Requirements Of The Wpo. In The Context Of Equal Treatment, The Regulations Stated In The Tender Are Primarily Applied. For Wp Companies, The General Terms And Conditions Of Engagement For Auditors And Auditing Firms And/Or Regulations Of The Wpo Apply Subordinately To The Tender Conditions And Exclusively Only For Those Regulations That Place The Client At Least Equally Or Better.
