Within The New Integration Act 2021, Three Learning Routes Are Possible For People Integrating: The Education Route, B1 Route And Z Route. The Education Route Is Accessible To All Asylum Status Holders Up To The Age Of 28. This Concerns People Integrating Who Have A Chance To Complete A Hbo Course (Regular Education). To Successfully Complete The Education Route, The Person Subject To The Civic Integration Program Must Pass: - The Language Exam At Level B1 Or Higher For The Components Reading, Listening, Writing And Speaking - The Exam For The Knowledge Of Dutch Society (Knm) Module. Municipalities Have The Legal Obligation To Ensure That The Person Subject To An Integration Obligation Receives A Tailor-Made Integration Offer In A Timely Manner Within The Chosen Learning Route And Is Integrally Connected To All Elements Laid Down In His Integration And Participation Plan (Pip). This Responsibility Is Vested In The Municipalitys So-Called Integration Specialist. The Integration Specialist Coordinates With The Contractor And Orders The Course Offering That Is In Line With And Fleshes Out The Pip Of A Specific Integration Required Person. The Assignment Includes The Following, Not Exhaustively Listed, Components (As Also Laid Down In The Applicable Laws And Regulations): - Language Education At B1 Level, Including The Language Components Of Reading, Listening, Writing And Speaking; - Module Knowledge Of Dutch Society (Knm) - Developing Learning Skills; - Developing Skills For Educational And Career Choice - The Route May Only Be Provided By An Institution With Diploma Recognition According To The Web And In Accordance With The Final Objectives As Stated In The Amended Digital Skills Education Regulations 2018 And The Education Final Objectives Regulations 2013 . - In Addition, We Expect The Educational Institution To Prepare The Participant For Further Education, With Subjects Such As English, Mathematics, Learning Skills And Possibly Other Profile Subjects.
