The Project Is Structured Into Three Work Packages: 1. Policy Gap Analysis: Evaluating Mexicos Climate Policies To Identify Gaps And Recommend Reforms Based On International Best Practices. 2. Policy Advisory: Offering Strategic Advisory To Shape Mitigation, Adaptation, And Biodiversity Finance Strategies To Align Financial Policies With Environmental Goals 3. Financial Model Development: Designing Financial Models To Mobilize Private Investments In Climate Action, Considering Mexicos Specific Needs And Global Best Practices. The Consultancy Will Manage A Pool Of Short-Term Experts With International And National Experience To Provide Technical And Conceptual Expertise. These Experts Will Be Tasked With Delivering High-Quality, Actionable Insights Across The Work Packages, Responding Flexibly To The Needs Of The Project And Its Stakeholders. Key Deliverables Include Comprehensive Assessments, Gap Analyses, Policy Recommendations, Financial Model Proposals, And Capacity-Building Initiatives. The Consultancy Must Demonstrate A Strong Understanding Of Mexicos Climate Finance Landscape And The Global Context Of Sustainable Finance, Equipped To Engage With Local Institutions Effectively.
