The Subject Of The Order Is To Grant A Long-Term Loan To Finance The Planned Budget Deficit Of The Polkowice Commune For 2024 And To Repay Previously Incurred Liabilities. The Contractor Will Grant The Ordering Party A Loan In Polish Currency Up To The Amount Of Pln 38,500,000.00 (Say: Thirty-Eight Million Five Hundred Thousand Zlotys 00/100) On The Terms Specified In The Loan Agreement In Accordance With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And In Accordance With The Submitted Offer Of The Contractor. The Funds From The Loan Will Be Used To Finance The Planned Budget Deficit Of The Polkowice Commune For 2024 In Accordance With Art. 89 Section 1 Point 2 Of The Act Of August 27, 2009 On Public Finances (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1270, As Amended) And Repayment Of Previously Incurred Liabilities In Accordance With Art. 89 Section 1 Point 3 Of The Act Of August 27, 2009 On Public Finances (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1270, As Amended).
