Vehicle Refueling Services Successive Purchase Of Fuel In A Cashless System Based On Fleet Cards For Company Cars Of Public Administration Units. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Purchase Of: A) Liquid Fuels, In A Cashless System Based On Fleet Cards, For Company Cars, Canisters, Vehicles Other Than Company Cars And Devices Powered By Combustion Engines (Motor Boats, Power Generators, Pumps, Lawn Mowers, Snow Blowers ) Public Administration Units, Hereinafter Referred To As The Units. B) Other Fuels, Products And Services Related To The Operation Of Company Cars (E.G. Engine Oils, Operating Fluids, Adblue Fluid, Light Bulbs, Wipers, Fuses, Car Washing And Vacuuming, Highway And Parking Fees) In Cashless Transactions In The Electronic Fleet Card System On In Poland. The Unit Reserves The Right To Choose The Method Of Using Highway And Parking Fees Referred To In The Previous Sentence On The Terms Applicable To The Contractor. In Such A Case, The Entity Undertakes To Sign An Appropriate Annex Or Additional Agreement.* *The Decision On The Method Of Using Highway Tolls Will Rest With The Entity. 2. The Detailed Method Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Contract And Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 3. The Ordering Party Informs That The Order For: 1) The Ministry Of Finance - Will Be Co-Financed By The European Union From Technical Assistance For European Funds 2021-2027; 2) Ministry Of Funds And Regional Policy - Is Co-Financed By The European Union From The Cohesion Fund Under The Technical Assistance Program For European Funds For 2021-2027; 3) Office Of Electronic Communications - Will Be Partially Implemented As Part Of Projects Co-Financed By The European Union From The Technical Assistance Of The European Funds For Digital Development Program For 2021-2027 And Partially Implemented As Part Of Projects Financed By The European Union From The National Recovery And Resilience Plan. All Materials Related To The Subject Of The Order Should Include The Applicable Logos For The European Funds For Digital Development Program For 2021-2027 And The Applicable Logos For The National Reconstruction And Resilience Plan. The Ordering Party May Withdraw From The Contract If The Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Have Not Been Granted To It; 4) Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship Office - Co-Financed By The Technical Assistance Program For European Funds 2021-2027; 5) Provincial Inspectorate Of Construction Supervision In Krakow - Financed From The European Funds For Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 Program. Duration Of The Agreement The Order Will Be Implemented Successively In The Period From The Date Of Signing The Agreements To December 31, 2026, Provided That: 1. The Execution Of Orders Under The Concluded Agreements Will Take Place No Earlier Than After The Expiry Of A
