All Active Enterprise Agreements Whose Initial Orders Have Already Been Completed Are Excluded From This Contract. A Change Of Trading Partner Takes Place Upon Conclusion Of The Respective Subsequent Contract. The Contract With The Highest Sales, Which Accounts For The Main Sales Volume, Ends On May 31, 2027. This Framework Agreement And Its Future Changes Apply To All Calls By The State Of Lower Saxony, Represented By It.Niedersachsen For The Authorized Entities (According To Number 1.3), Of Deliveries And Services That Are The Subject Of This Framework Agreement. This Framework Agreement And Its Future Changes Also Apply To Successor Or Additional Products. The Federal Ministry Of The Interior (Bmi) Has Negotiated Terms With Microsoft For A Select Plus Contract, A Group Contract (Ea), And A Shell Contract (Business And Service Contract).
