Tenders are invited for Annual Maintenance Renewal and Support for Cisco Webex This (RFQ) document is to renew and support Webex licenses (AMC) for three years and provide the following: Vendor should renew Webex license for 150 accounts. Account renewal and Webex AMC will start from 11- April -2024 . Vendor should provide technical support and helpdesk service to maintain Webex solutions environments onsite and / or online. Vendor is expected to support in the installation of latest patches/updates/upgrades in all environments. Vendor is expected to ensure that the Webex is on the latest version. Vendor should recommend CBO with best practice that enhance the security and performance of Webex solutions. Moreover, they should notify CBO in case there is an urgent update/patch. Vendor should perform all necessary upgrades, patching and updates. Vendor is expected to carry out periodic review health check of Webex environments, analysis and corrective actions vulnerabilities assessments on the software when recommended by the principal vendor. Vendor should provide 24/7 support. Vendor should propose with clear break down cost per license and AMC. Vendo Should provide technical training troubleshooting for technical team. Vendor should provide training for admin users if required.
