In Companies And Offices In Schleswig-Holstein, Works/Staff Councils, Employee Representatives And Representatives Of Severely Disabled People Are To Be Enabled By The Advertised Measure To Sensitize Their Companies To The Employment And Training Of Severely Disabled People And To Implement The Idea Of Inclusion In The Companies. Through Its Advisory Work, The Project Must Make A Significant Contribution To Expanding The Participation Of People With Disabilities In Working Life (Accepting, Exercising And Securing Employment) In Cooperation With Employers And Inclusion Officers In Strong Networks With Other Parties Involved. Works And Staff Councils And Employee Representatives As Well As Representatives Of Severely Disabled People In Large Companies, Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises (Smes) As Well As Public Companies, Authorities And Church Employers Have, Among Other Things, The Task Of Promoting The Integration Of People With Disabilities. By Acquiring Appropriate Knowledge, They Should Help Prevent Or Eliminate Difficulties For Severely Disabled People In Working Life. Through Appropriate Advice And Training, You Are Able To Inform And Advise The Employer Or The Inclusion Officers In Accordance With Section 181 Sgb Ix Or To Obtain The External Help Necessary In The Respective Operational Situation. While Interest Groups In Large Companies Almost Always Have Suitable Opportunities To Acquire The Necessary Knowledge, This Is Often Not The Case With Small And Medium-Sized Companies (Smes). For This Reason, It Is Necessary To Focus On Interest Groups In Companies That Have No Or Insufficient Knowledge Of The Regulations Of Sgb Ix, Part 3 On The Participation Of Severely Disabled People In Working Life. Interest Groups Of The Advisory Target Group Must Have Their Headquarters / At Least Part Of Their Business In Schleswig-Holstein And Provide Advice In Schleswig-Holstein. Advice Must Be Provided For All Of The Above-Mentioned Target Groups.
