Public Transport Services By Railways Public Service Concession Relating To The Management And Operation Of Passenger Rail Transport Concerning The So-Called Dessertes Parisiennes Lines. The Public Service Delegation Procedure (Service Concession) Aims, In Application Of Articles L. 1411-1 Et Seq. Of The General Code Of Local Authorities (Cgct), The Provisions Of The Public Procurement Code (In Particular Articles L3222 -1) And The Transport Code (Available On Https://Www.Legifrance.Gouv.Fr), To Select An Economic Operator In Order To Award It A Public Service Contract In The Form Of A Concession Contract For The Management And Operation Of The Public Passenger Rail Transport Service Relating To The So-Called Parisian Services Lines. The Dessertes Parisiennes Lot Includes In Particular The Lines Calais-Amiens-Creil-Paris, Maubeuge/Cambrai-Saint-Quentin-Compi gne-Creil-Paris, Laon-Paris, Beauvais-Paris, Compi gne-Saint-Quentin, Saint-Quentin- Compi gne-Creil-Roissy, Amiens-Creil-Roissy And Creil-Roissy. These Lines Correspond To An Annual Traffic Volume Estimated At 10,900,000 Train-Kilometres. The Concessionaire Must Provide The Following Services In Particular: 1- The Transport Of People, In Particular: The Operation Of Rail Traffic, The Operation Of Alternative Road Traffic, The Operation Of Complementary Road Traffic; The Management Of Interfaces With The Regional Local Public Company Gaam Hdf, With The Infrastructure Manager And The Station Manager, In Particular For The Granting Of Traffic Capacities On The Network (Path Orders). 2- The Provision Of Services Relating To Transport, In Particular: The Management Of Services Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Service Which Would Be Entrusted To Third Parties (Services In Stations For Example), The Care Services For People With Reduced Mobility Must Be Provided By The Concessionaire, The Provision Of Services Linked To The Marketing Of The Service (Reception And Information Of Travelers Including In Disrupted Situations, Distribution, Validation And Control Of Transport Tickets, Implementation Of The Pricing Policy Set By The Region, Actions Communication And Promotion, Participation In The Development Of Intermodality), The Measurement, Animation And Improvement Of The Effective Quality Of The Service Provided, The Management Of Preventive Actions In Favor Of Safety On Trains And In Stations, And The Fight Against Fraud, The Provision Of Study And Advisory Services Aimed At Improving The Offer And The Service Provided. The Concessionaire Will Be Responsible For The Management, Upkeep And Maintenance Of The Goods Used For The Service. The Concessionaire Will Be Responsible, From The Entry Into Force Of The Contract, Of Carrying Out All The Missions Necessary To Take Charge Of The Operation (Transfer Of Personnel, Delivery Of Goods And Inventories, Organization Of Tools, Data And Services). Concerning The Maintenance Of Rolling Stock, It Will Cover All Leveling Operations.
