In Connection With The Existing Building Mass, There May Be A Need To Prepare Condition Assessments And Analyzes - Both Verbal And In The Form Of Drawing Material - Of Renovation And Conversion Options, Including Energy Renovations. In Smaller Cases, The Total Consultant Is Expected To Deliver A Total Service Including Planning, Tendering Of Contractor Work And Contracting With Contractors As Well As Follow-Up, Supervision And Construction Management. Larger Cases Are Presupposed To Be Tendered As A Main Or General Contractor, Which Is Why The General Consultants Task Is Partly To Supervise The Tendering Of The Task, Partly To Take Care Of The Conclusion Of The Contract With The Main Or General Contractor And To Supervise. In The Case Of New Construction, Including Densification Projects In Connection With The Existing Housing Stock, There Is A Need To Prepare Functional Requirements, Building Programs, Possibly Local Plan, Tendering Of The Project As A Main Or General Contractor As Well As For Assistance In Entering Into A Contract With The Main Or General Contractor And Supervising. Vat Per Year, And Reserves The Right To Purchase Consultancy Services For A Maximum Of Dkk 6,000,000 Excl. Vat Per Years In The Framework Agreement Period. The Framework Agreement Is Offered For A Period Of 48 Months. The Prices Offered Are Fixed During The Framework Agreement Period, But Are Regulated In Accordance With The Framework Agreements Provisions On This. The Framework Agreement Must Be Entered Into On The Basis Of The Draft Framework Agreement That Is Attached To The Tender Documents.
