The Tendered Task Includes The Establishment Of A New Plasmapheresis And Whole Blood Transfusion Centre. The Task Is Offered As A Turnkey Contract On The Basis Of A Building Program With Room Plans. The New Center Of Approx. 1,000 M2 Gross, Must Contain Facilities For Drawing Whole Blood And Plasma, Registration And Waiting Area For Donors, Freezing, Packing And Storage Of Plasma As Well As Staff Facilities. On Outdoor Areas, There Must Be Established; Access Roads And Parking Areas (Including Blood Bus), Fences And Gates, Living Areas, Planting, As Well As Delivery And Collection Facilities. The New Building Will Be Called Building 34. It Is A Requirement That The Newly Built Plasmapheresis And Whole Blood Transfusion Center Be Dgnb Gold Certified, Which Is Part Of The Turnkey Contract Assignment And Thus The Turnkey Contractors Responsibility And Risk. The Tendered Turnkey Contract Includes All Services, From Which The Area Is Currently Located To A Fully Completed And Functional Bottling Center That Meets The Requirements In The Tender Documents.
