Expression of Interest are invited for Production of Carbon Electrode from Nigerian Bituminous Coke and Graphite, Application to Aluminium and Steel Industries SUBMISSION OF EOI Interested firms in services are to submit the Expression of Interest (EOI) for each of the lot desired, in three (3) hard copies each (one original & two copies). The EOI should be addressed as indicated above and submitted not later than 12:00 noon Thursday, 4th April, 2024. 7.
