During The Term Of The Agreement, The Contractor Will Provide The Following Services: • Consolidating The Company Annual Accounts Of Bij12 And The Company Annual Accounts Of The Ipo Agency; • Auditing The Consolidated Annual Accounts Of The Ipo Association And Providing Advice To The General Meeting; • Carrying Out Specific Audit Assignments On Behalf Of The Board. Specific Requirements Are Imposed On The Contractor. These Requirements Are Included In The Schedule Of Requirements Which Is Included As An Appendix To This Guideline. Consolidating The Company Annual Accounts Of Bij12 And The Company Annual Accounts Of The Ipo Agency. Auditing Annual Accounts And Advice On An Annual Basis € 60,000. Incidental Advice And Audit Assignments On An Annual Basis € 15,000. Total Estimated Assignment Value Over The Entire Term € 450,000 Excl. Vat.
