The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Reach A Framework Agreement With Several Contractors For The Implementation Of Anti-Slip Measures For The Province Of Gelderland During September 1, 2024 To September 1, 2028, With The Option To Extend One (1) Time For A Period Of Two (2) Year, Until September 1, 2030 At The Latest. This Tender Order Is Divided Into 140 Micro Lots. Each Micro Lot Is Awarded To One Contractor. Tenderers Can Tender For Multiple Micro Lots And, If Possible, Be Awarded Multiple Micro Lots. The Framework Contract Will Be Awarded To The Tenderers Who Have Submitted The Most Economically Advantageous Tender, I.E. The Lowest Price Over The Total Of The Micro Lots. Through This Tender, The Province Of Gelderland Wishes To Be Able To Fully Carry Out Its Task As A Road Manager To Prevent And Combat Slippery Conditions On The Roads In The Province Of Gelderland From 1 September 2024 To A Maximum Of 1 September 2030.
