Tenders are invited for Maintenance Contractors The selected Contractors will be required to carry out general construction & maintenance works of roads, drains and buildings. The works include, but not limited to; Repairs of major road failures Construction and Repairs of damaged drains Repairs of Property accesses Stormwater management infrastructure Roofing repairs & waterproofing Renovations of Municipal buildings Road markings Maintenance of streetlights, High Mast and Electrical faults The Request for Expression of Interest document shall be returned to Mankayane Town Board Offices, located at 1st Floor Ministry of Housing & Ministry of Education Office Block, Cnr. Main Arterial/Hospital/Office Road Intersection Mankayane Sub Regional Government Offices, at the Accounts office at a nonrefundable fee of Five Hundred Emalangeni (E500.00) per set, between 8:00am and 16:45pm (Monday to Friday). Mankayane Town Board Original Receipt of E 500.00 or proof of payment for the document.
