Tank Location Will Be Based On Tank Size, Construction, Terrain, Access, Impact To Neighboring Properties, Availability, And Other Considerations. Phase I Will Also Include Planning, Site Design And Cost Estimating. Phase Ii Will Include Final Design, Bidding, Contracting, Construction Oversight, Quality Control, And Project Closeout. You Must Submit An Rfp Proposal And Write The Project Name On The Envelope. Your Firm Will Be Asked To Mail, Or Hand Deliver Two Copies Of Your Reply To The Following: Town Of Tallulah Falls, Po Box 56, 255 Main Street, Tallulah Falls, Ga 30573.
