The Scope Of The Agreement Is Described In Appendix C - Price Form With Part Number And Quantity. Part Contract 1 - Brp Spare Parts Part Contract 2 - Polaris Spare Parts Offered Materials Must Be Oem (Original Equipment Manufacturer), Original Parts And Not Any Kind Of Copy/Alternative Part. If The Requested Part Number Has Expired, But Has A Direct Transition To A New Part Number, This Is Noted In A Separate Column In Appendix C - Price Form. Please Note That If The Supplier Offers On Both Contracts, Separate Offers Must Be Submitted For Each Contract.
