The Contracting Authority For This Public Procurement Is The Executive Director Of The Social Assistance Agency. The Award Criterion Is The Lowest Price. The Type Of Procedure Is An Open Procedure Under Art. 18, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Civil Code. The Public Procurement Is Divided Into Three Separate Items: Separate Item No. 1 Delivery Of White Copy Paper; Separate Item #2 Supply Of Office Supplies: Dvd-R Disk, Flash Memory 32Gb, Pens, Indexes, Markers, Stapler, Stapler Wires And Self-Adhesive Sheets Separate Position 3 Delivery Of Office Materials: Document Folders, Document Folders, Document Pocket Folders And Paper Clips According To Article 12 Of The Civil Code. Separate Item 3 Is Reserved Public Procurement On The Basis Of Art. 12, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Civil Code. According To The Requirements Of Art. 12, Para. 5 Of The Public Procurement Act, When Awarding Reserved Public Contracts, Persons May Participate, Provided That At Least 30 Percent Of Their List Consists Of People With Disabilities Or Those In A Disadvantaged Position. In These Cases, The Persons Must Be Registered As Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities At Least Three Years Before The Date Of Opening Of The Specific Public Procurement Procedure. According To The Requirements Of Art. 12, Para. 6 Of The Zop Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities Can Participate In This Public Procurement, Provided That They Can Fulfill At Least 80 Percent Of The Subject Of Separate Item 3 With Their Own Machines, Equipment And Human Resources. To Fulfill The Condition, They May Use Subcontractors Or Refer To The Capacity Of Third Parties, If The Subcontractors Or Third Parties Are Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities. Note: When Determining The Resource, The Amount Of The Own Resource Includes The Necessary Costs For Raw Materials And Materials, Energy, Fuels, Water Supply, Licenses And The Like, Regardless Of Whether Their Suppliers Are Not Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of Disabled People.
