The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task Titled: Construction Of A Triple Office For The Lisów, Lubockie And Kochanowice Forestry Districts. The Task Includes The Construction Of A Forest Office Building In Traditional Technology Along With Land Development And The Necessary Technical Infrastructure, On Plot No. 636/26 And 637/26, Kochanowice Commune. Kochanowice.1) The Scope Of Work Includes Construction Works, I.E.: • Pre- And Post-Construction Surveying Services; • Construction Of A Single-Story Building, Without A Basement, Forestry Office, In Traditional Technology, Gable Roof Made Of Truss Girders, Covered With Coated Sheet Metal In The Form Of Roof Tiles, Including Finishing Works – Turnkey;• Construction Of Connections: Electricity, Water Supply, Rainwater,• Construction Of Installations: Sanitary, Water Supply, Electric Heating, Mechanical Ventilation, Power And Lighting, Grounding And Lightning Protection, Telecommunication, Anti-Burglary Alarm System;• An Exit Must Be Constructed As Part Of The Accompanying Infrastructure From A Public Road, An Internal Road, Nine Parking Spaces (Including One For A Disabled Person), Access To The Building, A Waste Container Area;• Preparation In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Submission To The Ordering Party Of An Energy Performance Certificate In Paper Form, Bearing A Number Assigned In The Central Register Of The Energy Performance Of Buildings And The Signature Of The Authorized Person. • Obtaining A Permit To Use The Building. The Subject Of The Agreement Is Described, In Hierarchical Order, In The Following Documents: (1) The Agreement; (2) Design Documentation; (3) In The Remaining Parts Of The Ordering Documents; (4) Offer. The Documents Indicated Above Should Be Interpreted As Mutually Explanatory And Complementary In The Sense That In The Event Of Any Ambiguities Or Doubts As To Their Provisions, In No Case Can The Parties Limit The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Agreement. The Documents Indicated Above Should Be Interpreted According To The Hierarchical Rank Resulting From The Order In Which They Are Cited.
