The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Includes: 1) Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Based On The Attached Functional And Utility Program And Arrangements With Media Providers, 2) Obtaining A Decision Enabling The Commencement Of Works, 3) Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Works Resulting From The Developed Design Documentation, 4) Execution Construction Works,5) Delivery And Installation Of An Information Board With Dimensions Of 180 X 120 Cm; Content Of The Table To Be Agreed With The Ordering Party,6) Obtaining Formal Consents For The Use Of The Investment In Question,7) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation - 3 Copies3. Wodzi ska In Chrzan w) In Accordance With All Regulations And Standards Applicable And Affecting The Completeness And Correctness Of The Project Implementation And Modern Technical Knowledge To The Extent Necessary For The Implementation Of The Task Includes, Among Others: 1) Development Of A Map For Design Purposes; 2) Design For The Reconstruction Or Protection Of Existing Underground Utilities That Interfere With The Construction Of The Road - According To The Conditions Specified By The Owners Of Utilities (4 Copies), 3) Design Of A Service Channel (4 Copies) Copies),4) Road And Roadside Drainage Design Based On A Rainwater Sewage System Discharging Meltwater From The Road Surface (4 Copies),5) Obtaining All Decisions, Opinions And Arrangements Necessary To Implement The Subject Of The Contract,6) Developing Geotechnical Foundation Conditions (5 Copies),7) Inventory Of Greenery, Development Of A Plan For Felling Conflicting With The Planned Road And A Plan For Replacement Plantings, As Well As Obtaining A Decision Authorizing The Cutting Of Trees, Carrying Out Felling And Implementing Replacement Plantings Resulting From The Decision (5 Copies),8) Preparation Project Containing, Among Others, Land Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design, Full-Discipline Technical Designs Including Reconstruction, Construction And Expansion Of The Entire Technical Infrastructure (6 Copies),9) Development Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Covering All Industries (5 Copies),10) Approved Design Of Periodic Traffic Organization For The Duration Of The Works (5 Copies),11) Approved Design Of The Target Traffic Organization (5 Copies),12) Preparation Of The Investors Cost Estimate (3 Copies),13) Preparation Of The Bill Of Quantities (3 Copies),14 ) Obtaining On Behalf Of The Ordering Party Formal Consents Needed To Use The Investment In Question, 15) Performing Other Activities That Are Not Listed But Will Prove Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order, 16) The Ordering Party Should Receive The Study In Paper And Electronic Versions, In Word, Pdf And Dwg On A Cd Or Pendrive. The Content Of The Prepared Documentation In The Electronic Version (Word, Pdf And Dwg) Must Be Consistent With The Paper Version, And Must Also Include A Scanned Construction Design As An Attachment To The Obtained Decision Enabling The Commencement Of Works (Cd Or Pendrive - 1 Pc.).4. When Developing The Design Documentation, The Contractor Undertakes To: 1) Use Optimal Design, Material And Cost Solutions In Order To Obtain Modern And Appropriate Standards For The Type Of Investment Task That Is To Be Performed Based On It, 2) Bear All Fees Obtained Under Implementation Of Design Documentation, Decisions, Arrangements And Opinions, 3) Presenting, At The Request Of The Ordering Party, Information On The Progress Of Design Work Within 24 Hours From The Moment Of Receiving The Request, 4) Participating In All Meetings At The Request Of The Ordering Party Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, 5) Submitting Monthly Reports To The Ordering Party On The Progress Of Work, By The Last Day Of The Month For A Given Month, 6) Monitoring The Course Of Ongoing Administrative Proceedings Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract And Providing The Ordering Party With Information On Ongoing Proceedings, 7) Obtaining A Positive Opinion From The Ordering Party For Design Solutions Before Applying For A Decision Enabling The Commencement Of Works Or Effective Notification Of Construction Works That Do Not Require A Decision.
