Tenders Are Invited For Providing Snow Removal And Anti-Slippage Services And Other Winter Road Maintenance Services In Kluczbork County In The Winter Season 2024/2025, Divided Into 5 Tasks (Parts)

Task No. 1 - Providing Snow Removal And Anti-Slippage Services And Other Winter Road Maintenance Services In Kluczbork County - Region 1 (Byczyna Municipality) In The Winter Season 2024/2025. As Part Of Task No. 1, The Contractor Will Provide: - At Least 1 Snow Plow For Clearing Roads. Mounted To A Vehicle With A Total Weight Of Not Less Than 5 Mg And A Power Of Not Less Than 120 Hp; - A Sand And Salt Spreader Ready To Combat Slipperiness With The Vehicle, - A Storage Area For The Sand And Salt Mixture And Social Facilities For The Driver Operator, - A Charger. Task No. 1 - The Service Provider Will Perform Tasks On The Following Road Elements: District Road Roads, Intersections With District And Municipal Roads, Bus Bays, Railway Crossings, Roads On Bridges And Viaducts And Other Places Indicated By The Ordering Party. As Part Of Additional (Other) Services Related To Zuds, Carried Out Within The Scope Of Tasks No. 1 To 5 - The Contractor, Each Time At The Request Of The Ordering Party, Will Prepare A Sand And Salt Mixture From Materials Delivered And Purchased By The Ordering Party (Sand And Salt). The Ordering Party Will Provide Materials For The Preparation Of A Sand And Salt Mixture Intended To Combat Winter Slipperiness And Deliver Them To The Service Contractors Storage Yard. The Mixture Produced Is The Property Of The Ordering Party. Due To The Specific Nature Of The Subject Of The Order, The Size And Scope Of Which Strictly Depends On The Intensity Of The Winter Season, Which Is Difficult To Predict, The Scope Of Operation Of Vehicles And Equipment Is Estimated. These Quantities Are Indicative And Will Be Used To Determine The Offer Price, And In The Case Of The Most Advantageous Offer, To Determine The Approximate Value Of The Contract. The Actual Number Of Services Commissioned Will Depend On The Current Needs (Intensity Of The Winter Season), And The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 433 Points 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, Under The Contract For Task No. 1 - Regardless Of The Intensity Of The Winter Season - Guarantees Its Implementation And, Therefore, Payment Of The Due Remuneration - At Least At The Level Of The Costs Incurred By The Contractor For The Readiness To Clear Snow And Combat Slipperiness (In Accordance With The Price For Readiness For The 2024/2025 Season - Included By The Contractor In The Price Form - Annex No. 1A Constituting An Integral Part Of The Offer). The Ordering Party Requires That The Services Be Performed With Due Care, In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Conditions And Requirements, Specified In The Swz Together With The Attached Files Describing The Subject Of The Order, In Particular - Annex No. 4 Technical Specifications - Conditions Of Service Implementation For The Task. 1-5 And Annex No. 5 - Draft Provisions Of The Agreement.
