Tenders are invited for Supply of High Volume Air Samplers (PM2 5, PM 2.5, TSPM) Bid Security: 150,000/- Interested bidders may obtain further information from Procurement Division, Climate Resilience Multi-Phase Programmatic Approach, No. 11, Jawatta Road, Colombo 05, T.P.: 0112507855, fax: 0112058451, E-mail [email protected] and inspect the Bidding Documents free of charge from 19^ March 2024 to 08^ April 2024 during normal working days from 9.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. A complete set of Bidding Documents in the English language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of LKR.37,000.00 from 19^ March 2024 to 08th April 2024 between 9.30 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on any working day. The method of payment will be by Cash. Bids shall be delivered in duplicate to the address below to reach on or before 09^ April 2024 at 11.00 a.m. The bids shall be deposited in the Tender Box kept at the Project Coordination Team (PCT), Climate Resilience Multi-Phase Programmatic Approach (CResMPA), Jawatta Road, Colombo 05. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after the closing of the bids in the presence of the Bidders representatives who choose to attend. Bids shall be valid until 09th July 2024. All Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid-Security of amounts mentioned in the table below. Bid Security shall be valid until OO^1 August 2024 as per the specimen format in the bidding document.
