Ué Intends To Establish A Multi Party Framework Agreement For The Provision Of Capital Works.Ué Currently Has A Building Estate Comprising Of 10 Commercial Office Buildingsnationally, Ranging In Size From 250 Square Metres To 5,000 Square Metres.This Portfolio Is Expected To Grow Substantially Over The Duration Of This Contract.The Building Portfolio Will Grow To Include But Not Be Limited To The Following Types Of Buildings:Additional Officesdepots And Storeslaboratoriestraining Centreswelfare Facilitiesresidential Propertiesancillary Buildings To Water/Wastewater Treatment Plants Refer To The Rfi Document Attached Separately For A Detailed Scope Listing.This Pin And The Subsequent Meetings (If Required) Are Intended To Create A Forum Of Interaction To Assist Ué With Research On The Structure Of The Market And Specialist Competencies Available In This Area. The Principal Objective Of This Exercise Is To Receive Feedback From The Marketplace Relating To Ué’S Business Requirements. It Is Expected To Bring A Provider’S Perspective To The Fore Prior To The Commencement Of A Tender Competition.
