The Successful Tenderer Will Be Required To Provide The Services Of An Experienced Advisor (The Independent Advisor ), With Significant Expertise And International Experience In Development And Management, At A Senior Level, Of Major Infrastructure Programmes, For Example In The Transport, Utilities, And/ Or Other Industries. The Services Will Generally Comprise Preparation For (Including Advance Reading) And Attendance At One Committee Meeting Per Month Over The Period Of The Contract To Be Generally Held In Person In The Nta S Dublin Based Offices. The Service Provider May Be An Individual, Company, Partnership Or Consortium. The Service Provider Will Be Expected To Identify And Nominate An Individual To Be The Independent Advisor To Undertake The Role Required By The Authority In Line With The Requirements Articulated In This Tender Specification.
