Use Existing Documentation and Available Studies to Review and Analyze the Functioning of the Electricity Sector in Madagascar and its Governance as Well as the Operational and Financial Structure of Jirama.2. Select and Analyze in Depth a Few Power Utility Restructuring Cases Carried out in Other Countries with a Similar Situation or Relevant Examples.3. Propose some Scenarios Adapted to the Malagasy Context and Analyze Any Challenges and Implications at the Legal; Institutional; Operational; And Financial Levels for Both the Sector and Jirama.
