Expression of Interest are invited for Consultancy to Support the Identification of Ncms in Caricom Countries The Consultancy seeks to produce a report of any identified non-conforming measures affecting trade in services and investment of the CARICOM Member States, which are the beneficiaries of the consultancy. The Consultant will be required to undertake the following tasks: i. Engage in an initial briefing with the CARICOM Secretariat to discuss the scope of the work to be undertaken, the methodology that will be employed (including the methodology for identifying and documenting NCMs), timetable for delivery of agreed outputs, and any other issues pertaining to the consultancy; ii. Prepare and submit an Inception Report setting out the approach to be taken along with a detailed work-plan with timelines for completing the consultancy; iii.
